胡滨，男，1971年出生，法学博士、金融学博士后、研究员、博士生导师。现任中国社会科学院金融研究所副所长、国家金融与发展实验室副主任、中国社会科学院金融法律与金融监管研究基地主任，兼任中国开发性金融促进会副秘书长。先后主持包括国家社科基金重点课题、中国社会科学院重大课题等40多项；撰写的多篇要报获得中央领导批示；主编《中国金融监管报告》（蓝皮书）9部；在《法学研究》，《财贸经济》等刊物发表学术论文80余篇；出版英文专著2部，译著1部。先后获得中央国家机关青年“创新奖”；中国社会科学院优秀决策信息对策研究类一等奖、二等奖和三等奖；中国青年经济学者优秀论文提名奖；优秀皮书奖一等奖；金融研究所优秀科研成果奖、二等奖等；并获得中国社会科学院优秀青年等荣誉称号。2014年胡滨研究员入选国家百千万人才工程并被授予有突出贡献中青年专家，并享受政府特殊津贴。胡滨研究员主要研究领域为金融监管、金融科技（Fintech）及普惠金融等。

HU Bin, Ph.D. in law, is professor and Deputy Director-General of the Institute of Finance and Banking (IFB), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He also has positions as Deputy Director-General of National Institution of Finance and Development, and Director-General of the Research Center for Financial Law and Regulation, CASS. He has hosted more than 40 research projects from various ministries, financial regulators and financial institutions, published over 80 papers on leading law and economics journals in China and been the editor-in-chief for the Annual Report on China’s Financial Supervision and Regulation for 9 years. He was awarded with the "Youth Innovation Award" by Central State Organs Work Committee in 2010. Professor Hu has gained a lot of outstanding awards from several organizations for his excellent policy research. He has been appointed the state’s young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution of the National Talent Project and held Special Government Allowance of the State Council from 2014. Professor Hu has extensive experience and professional knowledge in the fields of financial regulation, Fintech, and inclusive finance, etc.
